What data we ask for, why, how long we keep it and what the site loads before you say yes.
Who we are
The data controller is the craft business Dimitrije Mrihin PR, Kumodraska 99, Belgrade, tax ID 114123877, reg. no. 67340345. For any question about your data write to upit@mojimajstori.rs or call 063 33 66 99.
Data from an enquiry
Through the enquiry form you leave your name, phone number, municipality, trade and a description of the job, and an email only if you want to. We need it to call you back and come to the address; the legal basis is preparing and performing the work contract.
The enquiry arrives at our address upit@mojimajstori.rs and stays recorded on the server while the job and the complaint period last. We do not sell it, do not pass it to third parties and do not use it for advertising.
The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that the enquiry is not sent by a robot. It loads only on the page with the form and is strictly necessary: without it the enquiry inbox would be buried. It sets no tracking cookie and does not follow you across other sites.
What the site loads
Site sets no cookie at all until you answer the bar. Nothing from other addresses is called until then: the fonts, images and scripts are ours.
If you press Accept, we switch on Google Analytics 4 and it sets its cookies (_ga, _ga_…, up to two years). From it we see how many people arrive, from which query and which page loses them — none of that names you, and the address you come from is shortened. Advertising consent stays off: we run no ad cookies.
If you press Decline, nothing loads and we remember that for six months, so the bar does not ask you again on every page. You can change the decision whenever you want, through Cookies in the footer.
The only cookie the site sets on its own is mm_pristanak — it holds only your answer to this question and lasts six months.
What you can ask for
You have the right to ask us for access to, correction, erasure and restriction of processing of your data, and to object. A call or an email is enough; we answer within 30 days. If you think we got something wrong, you can complain to the Serbian Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection.
The site does not take clients under 16 and asks for no data on health, religion or anything else from the special categories.
A fault that cannot wait for morning
A burst pipe, sewage backing up, water that cannot be shut off, a dangerous electrical fault, water reaching the electrical installation, a faulty lock or door. Everything carrying a risk of flood, fire or major damage. We come out at night, on Sundays and on holidays too.
The emergency call-out price is in the price list; labour is billed separately, according to the job established on site.
