Work in this trade is calculated per square metre or per item, so a separate quotation is prepared after a visit and measuring on site. A call-out to prepare a quotation for larger works is not charged.

Home appliance service: how much does the call-out cost?
A scheduled call-out during working hours and within the regular service area costs 2.000 RSD. A call-out to prepare a quotation for larger works is not charged. An emergency call-out costs 12.000 RSD. Labour, materials and parts are billed separately from the call-out.
Who supplies the materials?
The client can supply the materials, or by agreement we can source them. When we source the materials, the client receives a clear breakdown of the materials installed and the work done.
Home appliance service: is there an emergency call-out?
No. Emergency call-outs cover plumbing and electrical faults. Work in this trade is scheduled during working hours, Monday to Saturday from 08 to 16.
Which parts of Belgrade do you cover?
We regularly cover eight Belgrade municipalities: Stari grad, Palilula, Zvezdara, Voždovac, Vračar, Savski venac, Novi Beograd and Zemun. For other parts of Belgrade or outside Belgrade, availability and call-out terms are checked by phone or enquiry.

A fault that cannot wait for morning

A burst pipe, heavy leaking, a main valve that will not close, sewage backing up, a short circuit, part of the installation losing power, lock opening. Everything carrying a risk of flood, fire or major damage. We come out at night, on Sundays and on holidays too.
