Price list
Our service prices, call-out terms and the way we bill, all in one place.
We want the prices of our services to be clear, transparent and verifiable.
With craft interventions the exact cause of a fault, the scope of work, the type of material or the final price often cannot be determined in advance. That is why price lists give an overview of individual services and works, but cannot replace an on-site inspection and diagnosis.
On this page you can download the current price lists for different areas of our services in PDF format. After a completed intervention, you can use the price list and the work done to check what you were billed for.
Call-out on site
The basic call-out price is:
This price covers the craftsman coming to your address within the regular coverage area, during standard working hours.
The call-out price does not include labour, spare parts, materials or additional services, unless explicitly stated otherwise for a specific service.
The call-out price covers the craftsman coming to your address and a basic visual inspection. If the cause of the problem can be determined by direct inspection, without special measurements, testing, disassembly or other diagnostic procedures, no extra diagnostics are charged.
If establishing the cause of the fault requires measurement, testing of the installation or appliance, disassembly, specialised equipment or another diagnostic procedure, diagnostics are billed as a separate service under the current price list.
Location
The call-out price depends on whether the address is within the regular coverage area.
- Address within the regular coverage area — no surcharge
- Address outside the regular coverage area — the price is confirmed when booking, depending on distance and travel time
The client is informed of any possible surcharge before accepting the intervention. The final call-out price is confirmed before the craftsman sets out, so you know the total in advance.
Working hours
Regular interventions are carried out in the following hours:
A call-out within these working hours carries no surcharge on account of timing.
Interventions outside these hours are possible by prior arrangement and depending on the craftsman's availability. If such a slot carries an extra fee, you will be told about it before the visit is confirmed.
Parking conditions
If paid parking is required to reach the address, the actual parking cost may be added to the price of the service.
- A provided parking space — no surcharge
- Public parking outside the paid zone — no surcharge
- Public parking in the paid zone — the parking cost is added to the price of the service
When booking, please state any special parking or access conditions at the address. If special permits, a reserved parking space or other access conditions are required, securing them is the client's obligation unless agreed otherwise.
How the call-out is billed
The final call-out price is formed from:
- 01the basic call-out price
- 02the distance and area of the address
- 03the time of the visit, if the intervention is outside regular working hours
- 04actual parking costs and other necessary travel costs
All surcharges that can affect the price are confirmed before the craftsman sets out.
Emergency interventions 24/7
Emergency interventions are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, for situations that require priority engagement and the fastest possible arrival.
The emergency call-out price is uniform and does not depend on the time of day, day of the week or location within the area where we provide emergency interventions.
An emergency intervention means your call is handled with priority and the duty craftsman is dispatched in the shortest possible time.
The target arrival time is up to 30 minutes from accepting the call, where the craftsman's availability, traffic, weather and access to the address allow. The stated time is an estimate, not a guarantee of arrival in every situation.
The emergency call-out price does not include:
- labour
- spare parts
- material used
- parking costs
- other additional services, if needed
Before starting any work that could not be identified when the fault was reported, the craftsman will tell you what is needed and what it costs. Work proceeds after your approval.

Questions and answers
Is the call-out charged?
Yes. The call-out covers arriving at the address and a basic assessment of the situation. The call-out price is listed in the current price list.
If finding the fault requires separate diagnostics, measurements, dismantling or specialised equipment, that is charged separately.
Why is the call-out not free?
Travelling to the address is a separate cost, which is why it is kept apart from the price of the work.
If it were built into the price of every single service, a client who has several different jobs done in one visit would effectively pay that cost several times.
This way the call-out is charged once, and the work according to what was actually done.
Can the final price of a repair be known in advance?
For standard, clearly defined jobs, usually yes.
For faults whose cause cannot be established without an inspection, the final price depends on the problem found, the amount of work needed, the materials and the conditions on site.
Before any larger or additional work is carried out, the client is told the expected cost.
Why can the price sometimes be higher than the one in the price list?
The price list applies to work under normal conditions.
The price may be adjusted when the job requires difficult access, extra dismantling, work at height, special protection of the premises, specialised tools, more workers or other conditions that significantly change the scope and complexity of the work.
Such circumstances are communicated before the additional work is done, whenever they can be established in advance.
How is an emergency call-out charged?
An emergency call-out is charged at a separate rate, regardless of the amount of work that turns out to be needed on site.
Work, materials and any use of specialised equipment are charged separately, depending on the specific intervention.
Who supplies the materials?
The client can supply the materials, or by agreement we can source them.
When we source the materials, the client receives a clear breakdown of the materials installed and the work done.
Do you install materials the client bought themselves?
Yes, provided the material is suitable for the installation in question and can be fitted safely.
If we judge that a product is not technically suitable or that fitting it carries a risk, we will say so before starting work.
Do I get a receipt for the service?
Yes. For services provided through the company, a fiscal receipt or an invoice is issued, according to the method of payment and the applicable regulations.
A fault that cannot wait for morning
A burst pipe, heavy leaking, a main valve that will not close, sewage backing up, a short circuit, part of the installation losing power, lock opening. Everything carrying a risk of flood, fire or major damage. We come out at night, on Sundays and on holidays too.
The emergency call-out price is in the price list; labour is billed separately, according to the job established on site.
